PrePick helps schools, PTAs, clubs, and other groups organize preorder events. We collect only the information needed for you to participate, for organizers to manage the event, and to keep the app secure.
Information requested by organizers.
The information requested for each event is configured by your trusted event organizers.
What we use it for.
Your name, email, and order information may be used to verify your identity, manage preorders, send event reminders, coordinate purchasing, and support distribution on event day.
Group organizers.
Group admins and organizers can see participant information as needed to run their preorder events. Pickup volunteers may see names, tags, and selected items needed for distribution, but not email addresses or costs.
Service providers.
Necessary service providers may process limited information to operate the app, including authentication, hosting, data storage, and email delivery.
No unrelated use.
Participant information is used only to operate and support the preorder events you join. It is not used for unrelated marketing or advertising.
What we don't ask for.
PrePick does not ask for your home address, birthdate, phone number, or medical or allergy information.
Deleting your account.
You can delete your account anytime from Your Account. Upcoming orders are canceled, your tags are removed, and your name and email are deleted. Past events retain only anonymous totals. If you return later using the same email, you'll start with a new account and previous information will not be restored.
